                This island in Middle America which is enviable for its climatic conditions is famous for its incomparable coffee production. All the cultivation areas are located on hills and even today grains are separated with a “wet” procedure which ensures the ultimate flavor. Every processing stage- from the coffee collection till washing, drying, “roasting”- is manually done in order to ensure a product with the best maturing and selection conditions.

            First of all because of its structure: “Estrella del Caribe” is produced with Santo Domingo 100% coffee and made exclusively from “Arabica fine”, the most special coffee variety. Also for its process procedure, wholly manual, which ensures quality control for every single grain.

             Estrella del Caribe  can achive a different taste than the one we are used till now with the different kind of blends, which is less bitter and strong, therefor smoothest and “velvety”. Even the color is lighter. Flavor is strong so it makes a special cup. If it is prepared with the right way is lighter in taste and more flavored so it won’t bring out any digestion problem.
